Buying Tickets 1. What do I need to purchase tickets or online registrations? Once you have selected your event, complete the secure check out process and follow the steps as they are instructed on MyCommunityTickets.com. You will need a major credit card. Click here to download step by step instructions. <Back to Top> 2. What Major Credit Cards does MyCommunityTickets.com accept? MyCommunityTickets.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. <Back to Top> 3. If I do not have a credit card, can I purchase tickets with cash? You must visit the box office of the venue during their business hours to purchase tickets using cash. MyCommunityTickets.com is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year to purchase tickets with credit cards. <Back to Top> 4. Can I purchase tickets/registrations multiple times using the same credit card? MyCommunityTickets.com allows you to make as many purchases as you choose with the same credit card. In some cases, a venue may limit the number of tickets one person can purchase. If this is the case, it will be listed on your order at the time of check out. <Back to Top> 5. Can I add tickets or registrations to my order? We have no way to add tickets or registrations to an order that has already been paid for. Simply place an additional order for additional tickets or an additional registration. The organization or venue will combine your ticket order for you. <Back to Top> 6. Can I purchase tickets as a gift? Yes, tickets can be purchases as a gift and mailed to a different address. This is done in the check out process <Back to Top> 7. Can I purchase a gift certificate to MyCommunityTickets.com or a venue? Yes, gift certificates are available during the check out process for MyCommunityTickets.com. Some venues also allow the purchase of gift certificates. If the option is available, it will be part of the check out process. <Back to Top> 8. What if I lose my tickets? MyCommunityTickets.com cannot refund or issue replacement tickets. Please refer to the venue's ticket policy or contact the venue directly. <Back to Top> 9. Is there a waiting list for tickets if MyCommunityTickets.com is sold out? Yes, you can add your name and e-mail address and if tickets are released, we will contact you. <Back to Top> 10. Does MyCommunityTickets.com offer group discounts? MyCommunityTickets.com does not offer group discounts, however, some venues do offer group discounts on orders of 20 or more tickets for the same performance. Please check the ticket policy upon check out. <Back to Top> 11. Can I print my own tickets on my computer at home? Currently, this functionality is available. The answer really depends on the organization or venue if they have chosen to use our e-mailed eTicket functionality. MyCommunityTickets.com strives to make the process as easy for both the customer and venue and we are constantly working to improve these experiences. For customers on MyCommunityTickets.com, we strive to offer you the most up to date technology and offer the smallest service fees in the marketplace. Are there tickets, registrations, and events available on MyCommunityTickets.com in all areas of the United States? No, but there could be. Tickets and events are only available for those organizations that choose to list their tickets on this site. With your help, we can list events and tickets for sale that are not currently available on the web site. Click here and fill out the contact information of the organization and we will contact them to list their information on our site, specifically catering to the needs of non-profit organizations. <Back to Top> 2. Are there tickets, registrations, and events available on MyCommunityTickets.com in other areas of the world like Canada, Mexico, or Europe? This option is not available at this time, but please check back or click here to add contact information for venues in other countries and we will let you know when this is available. <Back to Top> 3. Can I receive an e-mail when an event, registration, or tickets are available in my area? Yes, click here to fill in your e-mail and contact information and we will let you know when events or tickets are available in your area. <Back to Top> List events or sell tickets on MyCommunityTickets.com 1. Want to list events, sell tickets, or use online registrations on MyCommunityTickets.com? Click here and fill out the registration form and one of our representatives will be contacting you within 24 hours with a username and password that will allow you to log in an post events at your convenience. <Back to Top> 2. What kind of organizations or venues does MyCommunityTickets.com work with? MyCommunityTickets.com works with a wide variety of organizations and venues for their events. It does not matter how large or small they are. We work with both non-profits and for profits. A few examples include: Art Festivals, Balls or Gala Events, Bingo, Benefits, Churches, College Plays or Musicals, Comedy Clubs, Community Events, Concerts, Cures and Causes, Film Festivals, Fundraising, High School Plays or Musicals, Museums, Nightclubs, Non-Profits, Performances, Political Events, Sporting Events, Theatre, Veterans, and Visitors and Convention Centers just to name a few. <Back to Top> Refunds or Exchanges 1. What is the refund policy of MyCommunityTickets.com? MyCommunityTickets.com does not accept refunds online. Please check the refund police of each venue at check out before finalizing the purchase of your tickets. Some venues allow for refunds due to weather or cancellation terms, but these are specific to each venue and must be handled with each venue. <Back to Top> 2. Can I exchange my tickets for another time? MyCommunityTickets.com cannot exchange tickets. Please refer to the ticket policy for each venue to see if ticket exchanges are allowed. MyCommunityTickets.com takes security of all of our information very seriously, especially credit card information. We take many steps to protect your information.

How does MyCommunityTickets.com protect my personal information? MyCommunityTickets.com has secure services so that when you place an order of the internet. The software (SSL Secure Sockets Layer) encrypts all the information you enter before it is sent across the internet. How much of a service fee do I have to pay on tickets? Service fees will vary based upon the venue, event, and delivery method chosen during the check out process. MyCommunityTickets.com strives to offer customers the most convenient way of purchasing tickets at the lowest cost. <Back to Top> 2. Why does MyCommunityTickets.com charge a service fee? MyCommunityTickets.com is a business and must charge a service fee for each ticket sold to pay for the convenient services that it is offering to you. Many things go into offering the customer the convenience of ordering tickets from their home. These service fees allow the web site to continue to operate. If you wish to purchase tickets without our service fee, you may contact the venue directly for more information. <Back to Top> Ticket Delivery Options 1. What is Will Call? Tickets are held at the venue box office. This is the best option because it is free and prevents tickets from being lost or stolen. Please bring photo identification and printed receipt. Check ticket policies to see what time tickets can be obtained before a performance. <Back to Top> 2. US First Class Mail? This is our standard delivery option. Please allow up to 12 business days to receive your tickets in the mail. There is a $1 fee for all mailed tickets and will arrive from the venue in which you ordered your tickets. <Back to Top> 3. 3 Business Days? This is a 3 business day delivery service by 7 PM. The cost for this service is an additional $16. <Back to Top> 4. Overnight Service? This service requires tickets to arrive the next business day by 3PM. Cost of this service is $25. <Back to Top> 5. Why do I not see all the delivery options? Each venue decides what delivery options are available to customers. Sometimes, because of the type of event or the number of staff members at the venue every delivery option will not be available. <Back to Top> 6. Can I have tickets delivered to other countries?
