REFUNDS: All sales are final. No refunds are available unless an event is cancelled or postponed. We will offer refunds of the full face value of the tickets for shows that are cancelled or postponed. No refunds are offered on any service or convenience fees. To receive a refund for a cancelled or postponed show, contact us at info@MyCommunityTickets.com within 3 days of event cancellation and mark the subject line refund. Instructions will be provided in order to obtain your refund. If you physically have the tickets, all tickets must be returned. TICKET EXCHANGES: No ticket exchanges are handled by MyCommunityTickets.com. Some venues may offer this service, but not guaranteed. Contact the venue directly for any ticket exchanges. Fees may apply. PRIVACY POLICY: At MyCommunityTickets.com we have a firm commitment to protecting your information submitted on the website. This privacy policy only applies to transactions that are made and information that is obtained on the MyCommunityTickets.com website. By using this site, you agree to our use and disclosure of information that you provide to you by email or to our venues for e-mail.
